We catalyze changes in our communities by:

  • Elaborating strategies based on logical models and theories of change
  • Developing innovative communications campaigns based on strong evidence
  • Ensuring community and Civil Society participation at all levels in the development of our programs
  • Creating synergies, collaborating and partnering with others organizations to amplify the outreach and impact
  • Developing high quality communications tools and implementing targeted activities

ADVOCACY AND SOCIAL MOBILIZATION

We inspire others to take ACTIONS. We do this by:

  • Driving political will and engaging Leaders and decision-makers to champion malaria and health issues
  • Driving resources mobilization for health to ensure sustainability and fill critical gaps
  • Influence national health policies for systematic and long-lasting solutions
  • Engaging Medias to increase awareness
  • Leveraging the power of the private sector to benefit health
  • Training and mobilizing civil society organizations to increase advocacy at all level

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR LOCAL NGOs / CSOs AND COUNTRIES

In order to optimize assistance to communities, we  supports local Non-Governmental Organizations and Civil Society organizations by strengthening their capacities in the following areas :

  • Communications and advocacy
  • Development of strategic plans
  • Health economics, health financing literacy  and Domestic Resource mobilization
  • Universal Health Coverage
  • Civil Society Organizations development
  • Community systems strengthening
  • Malaria strategies
  • Community rights and gender in the fight against malaria
  • Project management and monitoring and evaluation
  • Global Fund and Country Coordinating Mechanism

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

  • We develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders to improve health programs because we believe collective actions will lead to higher impact.
  • We work closely with Ministries of Health, National malaria programs, Parliamentarians, Private sector leaders, Community and faith based leaders, Civil Society leaders, Media and journalists, Health partners and regional global and national entities and networks.
  • We create synergies and collaborate with NGOs in Africa and Asia mainly but also Europe and America / Australia
